We had Connor’s birthday party today so I was up at the crack of dawn finishing up his cake:
Connor chose the wording on the cake and named the giant beastie after himself! The cake was white chocolate at Connor’s request and was covered with sugarpaste and then I cut out rice paper triangles and stuck them on with royal icing.
I also finished the cake for the little bear in my bear tutorial:

Hi,
I,ve loved looking at your website and think all your cakes are fantasitic, I too love creating cakes and it has been a hobby since my kids came along.
I am pondering with the idea of setting up my own cake business and wandered if you could offer any words of advice.
